How to shop online

Simply browse our online catalogue of products and if you wish to add a product to your basket click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button located beneath the product image. When you have finished shopping click on the ‘View Cart’ link on the top right of the screen to view the items in your basket and proceed to the purchasing page. School Orders

We can invoice your school, kindergarten or organisation. Please provide your own reference number and a contact person’s name.

If ordering online simply place your order then select the "Pay on Invoice" option on the ‘Payment Information’ page. You will also have the option to include your own reference number if applicable. Your order will be delivered to you along with an invoice which is payable within 30 days.

Please note orders will only be sent to the school/organisation’s official address. Please do not enter your personal address.

Delivery times and Charges - New Zealand

As a general rule all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Should your order not arrive within 5 days please contact us so we can follow up and get your goods to you as soon as possible.

Because we want to keep your delivery charge to a minimum, our rates vary accordingly. As a guide, our delivery charges (which include GST) are:

Delivery is FREE for all orders over $250.

Australian Customers

All orders are sent via New Zealand Post, using their International Air service which has a 5 - 13 day delivery target. Freight costs are calculated at the time of checkout. If your order is small enough to fit into an envelope please contact us so we can provide you with the best shipping rate.

International Customers

Only New Zealand and Australian orders are processed through our website. If you are an international customer please contact us on

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Creative Classrooms. That's why if you aren't satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange or refund the purchase price, less packaging and postage within 30 days of original invoicing.

Goods must be returned in their original conditions (i.e. not marked in any way) to:

Please enclose the original invoice and indicate whether you require an exchange or refund.

In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will refund your postage costs in returning the product to us and happily exchange the product or offer a full refund.

G.S.T

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (G.S.T). Creative Classrooms reserves the right to increase prices if the standard G.S.T rate should increase.

Back Orders

All products currently shown on the website are in stock. From time to time we will withdraw a product which has been discontinued, or temporarily withdraw a product while waiting for replacement stock to arrive. If you cannot find a product please contact us and we can advise you of its status.
