Our catalogue quick order tool located on the top right hand side of the page makes ordering fast and easy. Simply type in the product code (eg. T46305) of the item you wish to purchase and it's automatically added it to your shopping basket... it's that easy!

We can invoice your school, kindergarten or organisation. Please provide your own reference number and a contact person’s name.

If ordering online simply place your order then select the "Pay on Invoice" option on the ‘Payment Information’ page. You will also have the option to include your own reference number if applicable. Your order will be delivered to you along with an invoice which is payable within 30 days.

Please note orders will only be sent to the school/organisation’s official address. Please do not enter your personal address.

As a general rule all orders are processed and sent the same day they are received.

Should your order not arrive within 5 days please contact us so we can follow up and get your goods to you as soon as possible.

If you order has been sent by courier you are able to track it. Please log in and go to 'My Account' then click 'View Order' of the order you wish to track. The tracking information is located under 'Shipping Method'.

As a general rule we process and send all orders they same day they are received, so should your order not arrive within 5 days please contact us so we can follow up and get your goods to you as soon as possible.

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Creative Classrooms. That's why if you aren't satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange or refund the purchase price, less packaging and postage within 30 days of original invoicing.
