How to earn and spend Reward Points?

You must be registered and signed into your account to earn and spend Reward Points.

Create an account with Creative Classrooms and join our Rewards Club. If you are an existing customer, you are already enrolled!

The number of points you earn is based on the value of your order (exclusive of GST and shipping).

For every $1 Spent, you earn 1 Reward Point

Each Reward Point is worth 5 cents

Reward points are added to your account when your order is shipped and they can be spent on future orders.

Where do I find my Reward Points balance?

Sign into your account and your Reward Points Balance will appear at the top right hand side of the website. You can also view your balance by clicking on: Account > My Reward Points

Where do I spend my Reward Points?

Log into your account, then click ‘Apply Reward Points’ at checkout. Your Reward Points balance will be displayed, and you choose how many points you wish to spend on your order.

What other ways can I earn Reward Points?

Write a product review and earn Reward Points!

For each product you review you will earn 10 Reward Points (50 cents). A few weeks after you place your order you will be sent an email asking if you would like to review the products you brought. You can also write reviews for products on our website by clicking on the ‘Reviews’ link on the product page.

Refer a friend

Earn Reward Points by referring us to your friends and colleagues. Earn 100 Reward Points ($5) for each new referral who purchases from our website. To find your Unique Referral Link go to:

Earning points

Creative Classrooms Reward Points are only awarded and redeemed online at www.creativeclassrooms.co.nz. They are available whether payment is made by credit card, paypal, bank transfer or on account. Reward Points are awarded for product purchases at the rate of 1 point per $1 of retail product price exclusive of GST and shipping.

Spending points

Reward Points may be redeemed at the rate of 5 cents for 1 point as a discount off the cost of goods in your shopping cart. You can choose to spend some or all of your Reward Points with each order.

Refunds

If products are returned or refunded, the reward points awarded when purchased will be deducted from your account.

Expiry Date

Reward Points expire after 365 days.

Change in Earnings and Redemption Rates

Creative Classrooms reserves the right to alter the rate at which Reward Points are earned, or at which existing Reward Points may be redeemed. Only one account can be created per customer and any abuse of this is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent use of the programme will result in deletion of all related accounts and removal of all points.
