How Do I Feel book is all about learning to recognise and label emotions and feelings. Emotions are neither 'good' nor 'bad'. Some emotions may feel more uncomfortable than others, but ALL emotions are important, and every emotion gives us a message in one way or another. They help us to figure out how a situation makes us feel and if we want to be in that situation again.
